Amazing amazing amazing service. This lady is exceptionally skilled and doesn’t just throw flowers together she really is an artist. The nicest thing is how warm and welcoming she is. She was also super patient with my particular requests which made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!My flowers are pictured below. Beautiful!

I needed a bouquet in an emergency, wanted something very specific (wild flowers, lots of foliage, the odd thistle, for an elegant woman who loves nature) and they not only interpreted my hectic request into the most beautiful and perfect creation, they also cheerfully changed the address for me at the last minute when my friend wasn't going to be where I thought she was, AND went out of their way to deliver at a time when she would be in (not their usual delivery time). Helpful, great value, imaginative, creative and wonderful. Thank you.

Brookhouse provided the flowers for my father's funeral yesterday. Zoe was fantastic. I felt she listened with compassion and sensitivity and I left feeling she understood what we were hoping for.
