Absolutely amazing quality food. Exceptional value for money. The customer service is simply the best I've ever received, so kind + friendly. Anybody who knows King Do from their award winning days will know Ying and her husband at Chan's Garden. Definitely the best #1 Chinese in Derby. Sublime. Thank you

First time trying this Chinese takeaway yesterday, portions are very good, food tastes lovely, I had the beef with black pepper, I'm glad it's not out of a jar like some places do, lovely owners too, thank you!

WORST CHINESE! I ordered for delivery and got told it would be 1 hour wait. After 1 hour 15 mins I called up and got told they did deliver to me but someone answered the door which wasn’t me. They either came to the wrong house or didn’t even cook the food or come. I asked why the driver didn’t call me she said she doesn’t know why he didn’t call me then changed her mind and said he did call me. Said she recognised my voice and that I’d done this before when I never have. Worst “manager” so rude and wasn’t apologetic at all. I even asked to pay over the phone when I first placed my order which shows all intention of a serious booking. Will never order from here again!

We ordered for 3 people, the online ordering and pick up was very good. The food though was disappointing. Egg fried rice and chop suey completely tasteless. Crispy duck rolls not tasty. Duck in sweet soy was ok and the only tasty one was veg in black bean sauce. Oh and salt and pepper prawns were ok too. All in all not great, will have to look for a better one in the area.
