Great wee shop, with the best deals! It's usually Cammy, the ginger bloke with an amazing beard, that serves me. Like with all the staff, his recommendations on new liquids to try always hit the mark. It was really nice to catch up with him today, I missed my visits during lockdown!Highly recommend popping in if you're looking for advice on switching to vaping, or if you're already doing so and want the best deals on the best devices and liquids :D

In June I visited the shop unsure to whether I was ready to move to vaping but had an excellent experience here and with the staff here.Cammy introduced me to a suitable vape as he was in during my first visit and I love my device & haven’t turned back to the cigarettes since!Thereafter I have been returning weekly to purchase coils&juices when required & Matt has been fantastic.Matt is very patient, friendly and I thoroughly enjoy visiting the store for his advice & a general chat about vaping! He has been excellent with his product knowledge & it’s great to see a friendly face each time I visit! Today Matt set me up with a back up vaping device as I was keen to have one for peace of mind & again I am very pleased with it!See you soon guys& thanks for everything!Jennifer x

All too often nowadays customer service in retail is non existent. Then you deal with the two Matt's" at the Clarkston VPZ store. I had some problems with the kit they sold me. The problem wasn't their making but the way they both helped to solve the problem restored my faith in the fact that some people still give a dam about there jobs and go above and beyond to help their customers. Well done to VPZ for creating this culture within their retail teams."

Served by Matt and Matthew, neither could have been more helpful nor accommodating. Happy to introduce a lot of flavours to me and excited by the prospect of sharing something they both clearly enjoy. I picked up new devices which they set up and showed me how to operate as well as making sure I got the best deals on. Fantastic service and I couldn't speak higher of anyone in sales at all. Amazing service. Nothing is a problem the advice is totally sound! This is customer service at the very best! Recommendations on flavours are spot on and there is a genuine interest in what you as their customer would like! Fabulous cannot fault these cheery, friendly and lovely guys. Cammie your a great guy.
