Abigail's Collection & The Groom’s Room

Came here at the weekend for my best friend to choose her wedding dress and I cannot fault a single thing about Abigail’s! The most incredible experience, miles beyond any we had elsewhere! Prosecco was flowing, the dresses were amazing and the shop itself was beautiful! The staff were so amazing and friendly, especially Sophie, and their priority was not the “sale” but making sure the bride to be felt really comfortable and confident. 10/10 experience! Xxx

We came to the Grooms Room because of their great options for a slightly less than traditional wedding suits that fitted the whole party and stayed because they made everything so easy.Debbie and the team at the grooms room managed to turn a motley crew into a team of prince Charmings for the day.Debbie and the fantastic team ensured all the men and boys at the wedding looked a million dollars. They made the whole process simple and ensured that from oldest to youngest biggest to smallest we all looked and felt our best.

Debra was a great help when we where choosing our wedding suits. They let us try in loads of different styles and different waist coat combinations until we found the prefect look for our wedding. They had a lot more options than some of the other suit places we have previously visited. We were always welcomed with a beer and glass of Prosecco, made it a good experience for all the groomsmen and dads! They also specially made a bow tie for our page boy to match the grooms waist coats which we got to keep, that was a really great touch. Everyone looked incredible on the day!

With every suggestion she made, I could tell that she deeply understood the nuances of bridal fashion and was genuinely invested in helping me find a gown that was truly 'me'.I also had the pleasure of meeting Rachel, another consultant at the boutique. Her kindness and warmth were immediately evident, and she offered a plethora of help and expertise that only further enriched my experience.My visit to Abigail's Collection was a beautiful blend of professional expertise and heartfelt connections. I am profoundly grateful for the experience and would recommend this boutique to any bride-to-be looking for a personalised, unforgettable bridal shopping adventure.

Thank you Sophie for making my wedding dress shopping experience so special and for helping me find the perfect dress. The whole experience was brilliant. Sophie was excellent, so lovely, so friendly, didn’t put me under any pressure and really guided me well through the whole process. She gave me so much great advice and the dress and veil I ended up with on my special day were incredible.

It was my first ever bridal appointment and I had so much fun today with Rachel! She was so lovely and very helpful. She knew what I wanted and picked out dresses that I loved. Just FYI ladies they have everything, every style you could possibly think of AND their appointments are free of charge. They called me to confirm my appointment this week (I think it was Sophie but please correct me if I'm mistaken) and they were so polite on the phone! This place is exactly what bridal stores should be like, they love their jobs and are so good at what they do. I'm looking forward to my next appointment ✨

Amazing service by Karen and the Abigail’s Collection team when choosing my wedding suit from The Grooms Room. Karen and the team made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door, and she had great customer service and advice- a hugely positive experience all round. I ended up choosing my suit on the day, the “Shrewsbury”, which I knew was the one for me early on. Would recommend AC to anyone! Keep up the good work guys.

After having a really poor experience at a different suit hire shop we did not have much hope but Rob and the team at the Grooms Room completely exceeded our expectations, their customer service was second to none from start to finish!On our first meeting Rob was really personable and gave us lots of his time. He is incredibly knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions, we had a great evening and also laughed a lot.We hired 10 suits in total, there were a few sizing issues when we collected them but staff sorted this for us efficiently. Every visit to the store we received such a warm welcome, there is such a friendly atmosphere amongst the team.The suits looked amazing on the day, the men all received lots of compliments and they all fitted really well. I would highly recommend the Grooms Room, the best customer service you’ll get in Essex!!
