No faffing. Easy booking. Staff really good, Marsh, Rehan and Charlie looked after me and different stages of my booking.Highly recommend to add the full protection cover to your booking for peace of mind. Returing again next week.

Easy to book a car. Their response to phone answering was pretty quick and they were very helpful and courteous. The car they provided was adequate for my disability needs. I found it a tad too responsive though, in that, it was rather quick on the acceleration, which nearly led to a couple of accidents. They need much better signage and they should confirm in the phone call where the office actually is.

We booked online, simple and quick to do. The morning of the car hire I received a call from Riyyan clarifyingand supporting me with the booking. On arrival Alex was very helpful with queries and finalising the booking. Riyyan came over to introduce himself and ask if all was good, whilst Alexwentto check the car. Alex took us to the car and gave a thorough explanation of how to operate the vehicle. Plus other relevant info. Thank you for the great service.

Booked a van to move house for collection at 9am. Received phone call from the branch at 11:30am the day before collection to advise they wouldn’t have a van till 4pm!! Had to source another van from elsewhere less than 24 hours before moving house!! Don’t chance it, book elsewhere

Called to check availability on a van. Was advised they had one available and wad assured it would be held, I just needed to make the booking online. Booked online and payment was taken. Had a call a few minutes later advising they had nothing available and refund would take upto 10 days. Horrendous service.

I was given a hire vehicle through my car insurance (my car was in the garage damaged)which was through Enterprise. I hired the car from 7th March - 10th March. Upon collecting the car, I started it up and it stated low key battery, low pressure in tyre. The car also had an alloy missing and I questioned this, I was told that it had just had its tyre replaced due to a puncture and was okay to drive, the tyre on the passenger front did not look too clever either. I was advised to take out an insurance policy for £70 in case the car received any scratches or damages as I would be liable. Got the car home checked it over and it was full of scratches all over it, I began to wonder what I had paid £70 for. On 13th April, I received an email from the Damage Recovery Unit stating that I had damaged the car and was being billed for £50.00 for a bulge in the front passenger tyre and an unrepairable puncture to the rear passenger tyre for the date of the 11th March (I didn't have the car then). Upon contacting the branch I was told that I shouldn't have to pay anything as I had taken an insurance policy and that the claim would go through this!!!! the car already had this damage upon collection and no claim for damage should be made on the policy which I took out with them. More to the point they let me drive off in a car which had a bulging tyre which was clearly unsafe. ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES OF THE CAR WHEN YOU GET IT LIKE I DID!

We were hired a car through our insurance company while ours was being fixed. I am a transplant patient so my immune system is suppressed, so 1st car we got locks didn't work and still had rubbish in the back so obviously hadn't been cleaned properly or sanitised. 2nd car we got worked fine but again not washed properly or sanitised and 10 mile fuel range. Our car was fixed Wednesday 8th March, my wife had to go to enterprise bury where she was told the car is now off hired so a member of there staff (Alex) drove her to Bolton before the body shop closed at 5pm to collect our car. Now she has a fine after 5pm in bury for a traffic violation, spoke to Alex at bury who said he will sort it out. Now we have received an invoice for the traffic violation. Thinking of sending an invoice to enterprise for cleaning and both cars were returned with more fuel. Update, spoke to the assistant manager who said he will speak to the branch manager and call back today 23/03/23 heard nothing from them. Called accounts who said we have to email the fines department so our invoice to enterprise is rising.

I’ve had an outstanding customer service at bury enterprise. My circumstances were taken care of when I had my car accident and a car was provided to me very quickly. The cars were very clean and lovely to drive in. Maz at bury enterprise was extremely helpful and professional and took care of everything. I’m very happy to have chosen enterprise for my car hire. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much.
