Nissan Juke 2012 I really liked the customer service and I highly recommend buying from them.

I bought a ford focus hatchback yesterday 22nd August 2023 from T Motors and everything went smoothly n got an one year warranty service in house clearly described details the coverage terms conditions, Their customer service was brilliant which I am very satisfy for their excellent services.

Bought the grey Nissan juke on the 23/10/23 they have up for sale on their website again at the moment. Engine light came on the same day as I drove it home. They took it back to “fix” and gave me the white juke to use until the other one was fixed. Not much communication from them. I had to keep messaging to find out what was going on. Got told one day it will be ready to pick up. Then it wasn’t. Got told the next day it will be ready but then again nothing. Then to be rung up and told it was fixed and that he was on his way to deliver it back to me. Got a phone call not long after to say the engine light was on again. So not fixed.Rude to me over message. Told me and I quote “ you kind of rushed me to get the car fixed”!!And that “I need to show more flexibility”Excuse me! You took over a week and it still wasn’t fixed! What do you expect a customer to feel like!Long story short I told them I will keep this other white juke (which may I add is up for sale again right now) With no extra cost. They agreed. So they should.That weekend I drove to swap the documents over with the grey juke.On the way home, the white jukes exhaust started to blow. I panicked and took it to the nearest quick fit where they looked at it and told me I had a big oil leak and there was oil in the coolant. Straight away I phoned this garage to say I want my refund back!They eventually agreed to that. Money was back in 48 hours as agreed because at first they told me it would take up to 14 days! The evening I went to give the white juke back (the guy tried to start an argument with me over the fact I had said to his colleague he was rude) which was true.THE MORNING AFTER I DROPPED THE DANGEROUS BROKEN WHITE JUKE BACK, THEY HAD POSTED IT BACK UP FOR SALE! HOW DISGUSTING! AND HAD PUT IN THE DESCRIPTION THAT IT HAD BEEN SERVICED ON THE 07/11/2023 WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THEM THAT EVENING!Anyway my point is this garage will sell you broken/dodgey cars! I went through 2 cars in the space of 2 weeks!And they weren’t very apologetic at all.Disgraceful behaviour and to think they let people buy cars knowing they have problems!I’ve read some other people’s reviews that have had similar experiences to me.Such a stressful experience!!!Should be reported

Don’t buy cars from this place , sold two dodgy cars that had serious faults! In the end returned the first car back to be fixed while they gave me another to get around which that also had a fault so that had to go back and that’s two faulty cars within the space of a week! Would not recommend at all.

Don't ever buy a car for here company is a liar sell you fault cars and them lie about fixing don't care about customer service this is the worst place I ever been the thing the lies and the lies it's unbelievable action been taken against this company... And again everything he is saying on the bottom is a lie it took me since I bought the car had issue I took back to fix as he said he fix dint give me the invoice for the first time fix the light as after a week the light come back again and them fix again and the car been on the garage more than I actually drove it's very unreliable car dealership I make everyone aware that he tried and tried to saying that he have nothing with the car issues... Cars from here is not checked property before sale car with faults please everyone be aware

I am wary when it comes to buying used cars, but the time had come to replace my old one!We bought a Ford Focus from T-Motors a month ago and it has been running well since then.Communication was good. We did two viewings before buying and paperwork, HPI, service/MOT all in place.The only minor issues was a small dent in door and windscreen crack that weren't mentioned, but it was quite an old car and, obviously, a need to inspect for yourself.I know there were a few mixed reviews on here and Autotrader, but our experience, so far, has been a positive one.

Avoid T Motor Ltd, They sold me a faulty car. Within days the car was undriveable. We rejected the car under the 30 day short term right. As advised by two local garages to me.It had been in the garage for one issue and then straight after the repair another happened that couldn’t be diagnosed.It took them two weeks to give us our money back and that was because I had told them I would be filing a claim against them the next day.They also kept back £140 of ours for the warranty. You would have thought as a good will gesture they’d of given us that back.If they’d of handled the situation better and given us a full refund I wouldn’t be writing this review as I understand used cars are tricky purchases. They need to work on their customer service skills and treat people appropriately.Do your research on this company, I wish I had done.

Approach with caution. Took a £200 deposit from my son, pending mechanic review. Failed to mention about outstanding finance on the vehicle (turned out to be dealer stocking finance), then failed to turn up to agreed appointment with my son and a mechanic to look at car properly, so my son did not go ahead, as mechanic expressed concern about the vehicle on forecourt external inspection. When I spoke to T Motor about the situation, they were aggressive and unhelpful & despite the deposit being non-refundable, when I pointed out to them that the wording on the agreement didn’t make sense and likely not able to stand up to legal scrutiny, this appeared to make them even more unhelpful. They have not responded to any further emails either; not professional.

T Motor Ltd called me wanting to buy my car which i had for sale on Autotrader. Straight to the point and fair offer discussed and agreed. Collected the next day after a quick look around the car and a short test drive. If you have a car for sale i would recommend you get in touch with T Motor.

DO NOT buy from this garage. My cousin bought a car from here, error messages came on car on her way home, they then replaced the car with an identical one, and that went wrong a week later as well. Also they lied about servicing the car. Cowboys.
