Lovely and friendly staff. We wanted advice for a harness for our dog, who we had with us. She couldn't do enough and treat our dog lovely. You could see the staff loved their job and animals.

Quite a pricey pet shop like all these big ones. However has a good choice of quality pet supply's. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Would be nice to see some dog weighing scales hear.. even be happy to pay to use them

Come here for my dog food. After explaining my dogs issue got recommended some food for my dog and has done magic.Staff are so educated and helped me so much. There discount system isn't the best. I go there every 4-6 weeks as the food I buy is a big bag and to get a discount you need to go within every 4 weeks. A bit unfortunate as it means I ain't eligible for the discount. However from staff and presentation and cleanliness of the shop it's well worth a visit. Dogs welcome too!

I called in today to purchase some supplies for my 2 dog and my mom's cat. What a breath of fresh air to have all members of staff (MAC) extremely welcoming and a great positive attitude and a great wealth of knowledge on the product they sell.I will definitely be come back soon, thanks guys for all your help.Tony

We come here quite often for our dog Rosie and today was her birthday, the lovely kind lady took the time to write our dog a birthday card and treats... it was such a kind gesture and we hope you know we appreciate the staff at pen Parc! Never had a bad experience here.Will be seeing you soon!
