I would wholeheartedly recommend Horncastle for any roofing issues. They were professional, did quality work and were really good about completing the snagging list at the end - they seemed as keen as we were to ensure that everything was done to the highest standard. They were transparent and detailed in pricing the job and their prices felt fair. Their communication was also excellent, which really set them apart from others.

They have done what looks like an excellent quality job repairing the parapet walls and replacing the whole of the front work. There was a small amount of extra work required that was discovered when the old roof came off which they had said would happen, and they kept me well informed about that and the extra cost seemed very reasonable. A special thanks to the main roofer, Frankie, who was very consciencious and worked tremendously hard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Horncastle.

Horncastle won't be the cheapest quote you get but my god are they worth it. Every dealing with them is friendly, honest and thorough, and their work is immaculate. They installed a new roof for us, and when there were a couple of niggles after installation they were incredible about getting things sorted quickly and with no drama. We really feel looked after, and it's clear that they take pride in what they do which gives massive peace of mind, especially when it comes to something as important as a roof. Can't recommend them highly enough and given the level of service, I'd call them a bargain.

Horncastle did some significant roof repairs for me on a new (to me) house. They were great, turned up on time and did a very good job. A few months later when a tile failed causing water ingress on a velux window, they were round almost immediately and fixed it without charge. Highly recommended.

Horncastle & Sons replaced my old skylight with a larger solar-powered Velux. Very professional and responsive service from start to finish, excellent scaffolding team and roofers. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for and it was worth the investment. Thank you to the whole team for working around my timeline and requirements! Highly recommended.
