Bizzare experience from several useless staff standing around. If it's -5 degrees, please don't wear a hoody or else the 10 Asian male staff follow you around like rats. Can't fathom how people from a black background cope with such experiences. I don't intend to step foot in the shop again. I bought a jumper from JD instead which is next door and received a lot better service and given a wider variety of clothing to choose from. If the manager is reading this, get rid of the unnecessary labour.

Really poor social distancing, non existent, people with no masks, store was overcrowded and under staffed! Went next door and got the same pair of trainers slightly cheaper!

Male manager was extremely rude and condescending, wouldn't return a pair of shoes even though they hadn't been worn outside and were in a perfectly resalable condition, so now stuck with shoes that don't fit and he couldn't care less. Absolutely terrible customer service, wouldn't buy from here again. Don't buy anything unless you're 100% you won't need to return them, as this must happen all the time.

Intimidating, staff are always stood by the doors in large groups talking, glaring, and not smiling. They are unfriendly and the atmosphere is not a good one- go elsewhere!

DO NOT GO; I would rather give them 0 star rating, I’ve spent over £600 in store and the workers did not remove tags from the item. I drove halfway across Leicestershire to get to them & this is what I’m experiencing. JD Sports however is 10 yards away.

Went to footasylum. Saw a jacket. Wanted to try it in before buying to see if it fits. The staff said “due to Covid You can’t try ANY items on BEFORE purchase”. How on earth can I see if the garment fits? How can I see how it looks like on me? How does going instore differ from online if this is the case? I told the staff that she is losing a sale. She didn’t care and went back to gossiping with her boyfriend who was stood pretending to be a customer. Staff who want to be paid to chill out with their friends in store should be docked pay.So I walked out and went to Superdry. Superdry allow external clothes (like coats and jackets) to Be tried on-even during Covid. Why do the rules differ so vastly between 2 shops that are a few meters away from each other?Anyway, I ended up spending £249 on a Superdry jacket- all because the staff were far more attentive and allowed buyers to try on jackets. They got the sale..foot asylum lost out in a sale.Next time, invest in better staff who actually work, and know the rules, and want to actually serve paying customers, instead of your staff who just want to chat and gossip and flirt with the local wannabe bad boys. Stupid staff, stupid lack of knowledge, stupid overall experience and end result.Good result for Superdry.good result for me.
