Item I ordered never arrived, claim they’d “tried” to contact me via email and it kept bouncing back…. Had the email address for 25+ years never been told that before… I ended up opening a case with PayPal to get my money back… Then I got a call straightaway from Humber Pets, so why not call if they got a bounce back email ??so waiting for refund - we will see - always use PayPal.

Ordered the Carrot game for my dog. The website is really easy to use and looks great. Ordering was easy and the communication was great, the product came with the delivery window. Very happy

First off the products are incredibly cheaply made and very clearly not locally manufactured. Made in China rubbish.The pictures on the website and what actually arrived have a huge discrepancy. Quality appalling, ‘leather’ so stiff it couldn’t bend.Advertised as a cat collar, however what arrived would probably fit a Great Dane.Despite the product being falsely advertised, Humber Pets refused a refund.Avoid like the plague. Scam artists.

Ordered personalised collars and some accessories. Great products, would use again.
