We have been customers of utility warehouse for many years and have always been happy with the service we received. David Chapman is agreat agent and always available to help when needed. Any questions we have had have been dealt with promptly. The staff on the phone are always very helpful and courteous. We would recommend Utility Warehouse to anyone.

Avoid!!! I struggle to find the word to describe this company, incompetent comes close, as does liars. They sell you a lie!! I had a phone call from someone promising me how much money I would save switching my energy, they had looked at my bills and said with confidence they could save me over £140 per month. I would be stupid to pass over this offer, or so I thought.... The savings provided me the opportunity to sign up to the boiler cover. I was very happy at the savings and extra security. I received my first bill and yes, great savings, second monthly bill, costs went up slightly, not to worry I thought. Then, before my third monthly bill I was informed that my monthly bills would have to go up, in fact, higher than what I was previously paying. At that point I did what I should have done in the first place, check the cost per unit for gas and electric, sure enough it was higher!! I had lied too, just to get me to sign up. As for boiler cover, well, my boiler started to play up. No problem, make a claim, cost £60, but I thought if they fix it, its worth it. Only they didn't fix it. Engineer came out twice, failed to identify the issue, in the process flooded my floor by pulling and loosing a pipe. I rang back (by the way, give yourself about 80mins for that phone call to the call centre) and was told it would be a new claim and to pay another £60. The word best to describe them is CHARLATANS!!!

This Company illegal to bill me and took over my supply without my consent.July 2023 that I find out I always immediately email both you and octopus, but now you guys still didn’t solve my problem and telling me I own you guys more than £400 to 1000 !and I am paying you over £100 every single months! and now it’s already November!You guys are not helping me to fixing any problem and when I called today, your staff is so unhelpful and hand up my phone.This is unacceptable! I must insist on an immediate refund and let me go! I believe a thorough investigation into the matter is necessary. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

David was highly recommended by my neighbour I was with Scottish power which had terrible customer service they were putting my bills up to 850 a month. David came along and Half to my bill also saved money on mobile phone and Internet I can say I saved over £500 a month and so easy to move over they do everything for you they contact the other companies and it doesn’t take long at all less than two weeks. David is always on the other side of the phone and on WhatsApp if you ever need to contact him customer service is amazing. And Dave is always there to support you afterwards on anything and sent you useful tips really don’t know what I would’ve done without David save us much money cannot thank him enough

Since being with UW for the last months I haven’t worried about not being able to pay the bill at the end of the month. David Chapman has been extremely helpful and very patient with me. He helped me through the switch and has been helping me for theLast two months with any little thing I need. Shout out to David you’re amazing and I’m so very grateful for everything ☺️

UW have been incompetent and misleading about their services. They had given me a quote for my energy, broadband and SIM card services. When I got my bill it was more than £200 over the original quote. They failed to put me on the right tariff and have been slow and unhelpful in trying to solve the issue at hand. The service is poor and very disappointing.I have been waiting for over a week for a call back to resolve the issues but have not received a call from anyone who has been able to help me.I would not be recommending UW to any friends or family.

Great company. Found this company from word of mouth and I have no regrets. With the help of David Chapman, he was able to sort my family out. I now pay for my energy, broadband, insurance all in one payment. David is also very good and helping us with any questions we may have and any promotions that are taking place. We are well looked after.
