Really lovely staff, very dog friendly, great vegan options. Vegan options are clearly labelled and the vegan breakfast is massive. Lovely area to sit outside. Dogs welcomed inside and outside, and they can do sausages for dogs too.

At the end of a lovely walk around langsett behold a seriously nice hidden gem! The bank view cafe is one to try with scrumptious food for hot and cold days! Definitely be going back again. Pictured is the amazing mocha with a bacon & egg sarnie! Always is a lovely walk and not overly busy most of the time.

A friendly road side cafe with three separate sitting areas. Rustic wood furniture, basic surroundings but comfortable. Simple menu ranging from cold bites to a platter. Food is freshly prepared and well presented. The drinks range from cold fizzy, milk shakes to hot teas and coffees. I had tomato soup which was thick and full of flavour with a basic ham sandwich. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff didnt seem to want to serve me. I waited at the counter for at least five minutes while 2 staff put dishes away and washed up. They both said they would be over in a minute, then carried on with what they were doing and even started other jobs. A third member of staff was taking food out. I eventually asked as she passed by if she could take my order. She did but she seemed irritated that I'd asked.The food and the coffee came promptly and were nice but I was disappointed with the service.

Really great find on the way to Glossop. We waited for opening at 9am. Staff friendly and lovely atmosphere. Yummy pancakes and coffee. Vegan options available and oat milk alternative. Bought som local honey and cakes to take back for the family. Car park and nice outside seating area for warmer months. Beautiful scenery too!

Enjoyed an excellent bacon sandwich after a local walk around Langsett Reservoir. I would recommend both the sandwich and the walk.

Had a gorgeous brunch with the Dambuster and the Vegan breakfast. Ridiculously good value, cannot believe the portion size and quality for this price, hot drink included! great vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. Lovely staff and super cozy atmosphere. Local artists paintings and woodworking tidbtis scattered around for sale.

Visited today for a wonderful musical birthday celebration, which was made even more memorable by this lovely cafe. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is eclectic and cozy. Also had a slice of the best Victoria Sponge I've ever eaten! Thank you for a brilliant afternoon. Xxx

Lovely cosy cafe, good range on the menu to suit all diets (and a sausage for the dog!). Perfect place to start a day of walking - Langsett reservoir car park is 2 mins down the road with ample parking for a lovely walk

What a wonderful cafe. Right up my street with some very cool art scattered all over the place that you can buy. Staff are lovely and full of smiles. A real happy place. Oh the food is good too
