Mark has done a number of plumbing repairs for me over the last few weeks. Very pleased with his high standard of work and the friendly and professional way he goes about it. Mark comes across as a genuine, conscientious and honest tradesman. Arrived on time and cleans up after the jobs done. So glad I found him, will definitely use him when I need a plumber in the future. His rates are very good and a fair price. I would definitely recommend Mark, you won’t be disappointed!

Very pleased with the work Mark did for us. He rescued us from a burst tank in the airing cupboard, which flooded the kitchen, then returned at a later date to replace the cylinder and pipework. He also serviced the boiler and did a couple of other jobs for which he did not quote, but did them anyway. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable, and the price was as quoted. All in all, a good experience and we would thoroughly recommend him.

We have used Mark for a number of years now. He is the ONLY heating engineer that has enabled our heating system to work efficiently. During a recent building project, that we undertook, Marks advice was greatly received and taken fully onboard. He is never rude, late, abusive or unprofessional.I would highly recommend Mark.

A week ago we had a really bad smell coming from our washing machine under our kitchen sink, after calling Mark from MD Hoyland Ltd he was with us within 1.5 hours and sorted the problem out straight away after swapping round a couple of waste hoses under said sink. He also topped up our header tank on the water cylinder. When he had finished he told me he wouldn’t send a bill until we were happy that the problem was solved. I Managed to drill into a heating pipe on Boxing Day - Mark advertised as an emergency plumber and was 100% true to his word and came within an hour to fix the leak and get our heating up and running again. Mark is Friendly, professional and took care to minimise the disruption and mess in making the repairDespite it being Boxing Day and a time for family Mark still took the time to help us which was immensely appreciatedFantastic service, great quality and was very fair in his price we can’t thank him or recommend him enough

Mark has fixed multiple leaks in our property, relocated pipework and also went above and beyond helping us with a water hammer issue caused by our shower. We felt very looked after and really appreciate his efforts to solve our plumbing problems. Thank you Mark!

I had a complete central heating system upgrade to combi boiler and panel plus radiators. Mark was always helpful. He turned up in time and saw the job through making great progress each day. Friendly professional and a very best job. Super job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I came home to find water dripping from the light fitting in the utility room. Mark had been recommended to me so I phoned him and he said he’d come later in the afternoon. I was going to be away from home when he came. He said he’d call me when he was on his way, which he did, then called me when he arrived and then when he’d done the job. Mark had to break into the ceiling to fix the leak in the hot water pipe above. He was able to keep the damage to a minimum by using a thermal image camera to locate the leak. I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism, and that he kept me informed at all times. I thought that the work done represented good value, given that it was an emergency. I’d definitely recommend Mark as an excellent plumber.

Mark is an exceptional plumber, we are so glad to have found him. He serviced our oil fired boiler (with a comprehensive report at the end), and then had a look at our heating system which seemed to be only ever luke warm. We thought the radiators needed flushing but he went through the entire plumbing layout and discovered a flaw in the set up. Now I can’t touch the radiators because they are sooo hot. We have had to turn the heating down he has done that good a job! He replaced a noisy water pump but even there he said it wasn’t broken and we could continue to use it if we wanted. Honest, hard working and very very good at what he does. He has put us in his calendar for next year which is great, as I always forget these things! Thoroughly recommend him to anyone.
