Location isn't apparent from the road as it's set back - Google maps sent us in a bit of a journey.Store itself is good - helpful staff and a good range of products for its size

Very nice farm shop. Professional and friendly staff. I've been there 1h as a contractor and I can fully recommend this place.

I understand staff shortages due to pandemic but to much left to 1 man who not really computer savvy left to take orders as well as fill them from back store to waiting customers while up to 3 other staff sat in office . The one chap left is running around trying his best to help but could use some assistance . Would recommend Tarff at Castle Kennedy rather than whauphill who at times are sat waiting on 1 delivery or another which results in more than 1 weekly feedstuff run

Don't bother shopping at this store if you need any advice or help from senior members of staff. Not interested at all, very rude and condescending in their treatment of the everyday customer.
