Stellantis &You Citroen Leicester

Recently collected my new Citroen C4 with Milin Lathia. Fantastic service and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Manged to source a vehicle for us sooner than a factory order which is very rare. Great credit to the business and will definitely be back and recommending him to all my family and friends. Friendly & knowledgable staff (Kully). The car we went to look at was actually there (unlike another dealer), got a good deal all round. We were very happy with the outcome.

I initially reserved the car online and booked a test drive, the next morning I got a phone call from Paul confirming the test drive. When we arrived we viewed the car and Paul came out to join us, he was very transparent and we could ask any questions. I liked the car so brought it, Paul was very flexible with the pickup time as we had problems getting across in the morning, when reading any details about the car or services they provide Paul was methodical and didn't rush, which gave us time to ask questions.After having the car a week I realized there was no car jack with the spare wheel, there was no hesitation from Paul and he supplied me with one. I had a great experience purchasing my car from Peugeot and I know if I have any queries I can ask Paul via email.

Paid almost £7000 and an extra £200 for a Citreon to be delivered to me in the South East. Within ten days a fault appeared. Informed the dealer who instead of offering to repair, advised to take to a local garage for diagnosis and then contact warranty (despite it being just ten days). Spoticar warranty that Stellantis use were extremely difficult and made it almost impossible for me to process a repair. Stated that they needed to speak with a mechanic for part numbers but do not have a email address! Even then said the part may not be covered and their own technician would need to inspect. Fault was temporarily cleared by mechanic but reappeared 2 weeks later, identifying as a Camshaft issue.Told Stellantis I wanted to hand car back for a refund as it is clearly faulty after I quoted the Consumer Rights Act. After eventually agreeing and being told “we also have rights” with no apology, I was charged 40pence per mile that I had drove the car and £200 for an “ownership change”. Manager also wanted to charge me £150 to collect the faulty car, which I disputed and this was eventually waived.Once car was received back, I sent multiple emails to manager Sarj daily for an update, who did not respond or email back once. Other manager I dealt with was on leave and person who sold my the car had “left the branch”. Eventually got refund after days of chasing. The only member of staff who seemed helpful and sympathic to the situation was “Sahill”. Apologies if spelling name incorrectly.Would not recommend and avoid in future. No doubt manager will respond to this review though ironically…

I can't recommend Stellantis in Leicester enough. There was no hard sell and all the staff are very pleasant. Sohail saw me through buying my new car and the process was made very easy. I had a test drive on a Saturday and I was driving home, in my new purchase, by Thursday afternoon. There was also a good selection of extras. Very happy customer.

My partner and I purchased and part exchanged my car for a newer used car. Service provided from Paul Philips was excellent. Very poor with regard to making contact. 3 months since requesting a none urgent repair. Phone not answered. Put through to central help desk who have reminded them. Still no contact. After having 4 new Citroens, sorry will consider other makes in future.
