Starbucks Drive Thru
I can't thank Stacey and staff enough at Starbucks Chesterfield lockerford Lane. I was having a crapy day and they went beyond and above to make sure I was ok, so kind, friendly and caring and super helpful. They always greet you with a smile and remember you, also super efficient, nothing is too much trouble. It has a calming space to sit and enjoy a great drink and food, this is my favourite Starbucks to the amazing staff and great atmosphere, thanks guys xx

I spend far too much time and money here but the staff are so welcoming it makes it worth it. Stacey and her team are fantastic and really friendly. Happy to have a conversation and get to know you. I can't go anywhere else now.

Love this place, such a lovely visit today. Cakes so fresh and tasty coffee. The service here is impeccable too. Well worth a visit!!

Starbucks Drive Thru
I visited the shop today and was met by very pleasant, friendly staff members. I've been to other places recently and had some shocking service but the folks working here were very smiley and one even reminded me that I had a free drink to use. I had a hazelnut latte which was lovely and some of the egg bites, which were tasty.The shop was bright and had some music playing quietly in the background, which set a nice ambience, loads better than some other coffee shops I've been to.

I was at Starbucks two days ago, where ordered a flat white. Daryna, the talented barista who crafted my drink, skillfully created a perfect heart. highly recommend this Starbucks.

Usually get the order wrong and not very well presented. Ordered to stay in and given a takeaway cup which I asked them to change. Was then given a cup with caramel on the side. Happens quite frequently that they serve in takeaway cups when you have asked to stay in

Not sure why the barista couldn't be arsed to make my flat white pretty. She managed it for her boss who I was sat behind.When I asked for an extra pat of butter with my fruit toast the waitress almost huffed at me. The girl who brought me the butter was very polite though.

First visit. Lovely inside. I bought a cold drink as I was too warm. Served quickly. There were many empty cups left on tables but after a few minutes these were quickly cleared up.

I just wanted to leave a positive review for Amber who very kindly went out to her car in the rain to fetch me a charger so i could call my mum and get home in the storm, and she was very kind and understanding of my situation! amazing service :)

Just visited the drive through at 07.30 9.09.23 and felt we had to write a review following amazing service. Didn’t catch her name but she was so cheery and helpful, definitely brightened our morning and the brown sugar lattes were good too xo
