Not a fan of their ranges, unusual mix of products with very little curation you'd usually expect from a shop. Prices were very high considering some of the goods felt like poor imitation products or with a popular license just slapped on.

Was here a few weeks ago and had fabulous service from a gentleman working there! He smiled and greeted me as I walked in, and offered me a basket when he noticed I was holding some items. Definitely going back again, and left a positive experience there!

Nice shop, cute, good quality stuff - excellent for gifts for a wide range of people (not just for kids). A huge range of the cutest, squishiest plushies and pillow plushies at reasonable prices, lots of cute novelty and stationery items, interesting Lego-like sets, a range of water bottles and lunch boxes, some cool kitchen gadgets, nice organisational baskets etc., and even some cool toys for pets.Nice, polite staff ready to help, but they don't unnecessarily get in your face.

Disgusting is a term I use very rarely, but this one-hundred percent applies to this store. I went there to see a packed store, with a weird smell. One of the goods didn't had a price tag, so I went to this blonde female staff to ask for the price, and her tone was so rude. I was shocked! It seems like this lady thought she was on top of the world, so arrogant. Then I found that lady was the manager. What store would ever want want her as the manager? Also the goods were extremely expensive for no reason which is actually kind of ironic for a chinese company.

miniso is so cute with lots of funky stuff . the best part is that they just added sanrio stuff iw ill save up to buy some but they are so cute they had shelves full of sanrio stuff like hello kitty, my melody, kuromi, pompompurin and cinnamarol. similar stuff you'd find in places like the hello kitty cafe ! the workers were nice and helpful when i needed help . i like the general vibe of the shop and enjoy looking at all the different toys and stuff, i love this new shop and hope it never closes down. long live miniso. they do have a weird ammount of merch dedicated to Lotso from toy story tho. hes not exactly a national icon
