Golden Bridge Chinese Take Away

The customer service and food has definitely improved. It’s been a few years since i came back and all i can say is wow.The portions have always been great but the quality of the food is beautiful. There used to be a rude bloke who was taking the orders but it seems like he’s been replaced. Instead of him it was a wonderful women on the phone, who was kind and polite. She helped guide me though the dishes as i had some allergies. I just want to say a big thank you to her.I’ll definitely be ordering from here again, not the mention the Singapore rice noodles are the most delicious thing i’ve eaten. It’s spicy enough to tingle but not enough to burn ur tongue off, which i love. The taste is indescribable. If anybody wanted a recommendation i would definitely say this.

The food was amazing as always, the people there are so kind and generous. This is the only place i go to for a Chinese takeaway.

Another visit to this Takeaway, Another Delicious meal. Chicken Fried Rice and S/S Chicken was lovely. Asked for Spicy Rice and that's exactly what I got. Portions are generous too in my opinion. Service friendly and helpful too. Will return.

It was absolutely rubbish. It used to be good, now it has gone down hill. Items missing in my order and put prawns instead of my curry dish and my wife is allergic to prawns. I phoned up and they redelived my curry and when I opened it and it was all fat no meat . Never going to that place again.

Used to be very good. Clear new chef or management as the duck was so dry, not roasted properly at all and had to throw in the bin. As ever with Chinese take outs there is no justice, no offer of replacement or refund despite being loyal customers for 7 years. Will not be coming back.

Incorrect order received. Mix meat in satay sauce no taste. At least plain chow main was good. 2 stars

I have ordered food by the phone and paid by card, next morning owner started calling me and texting and demanding payment for my order. Told him that I already paid and have no intention to pay twice for it. He become very rude and arrogant on the phone and disturbing me for all day by demanding proof of payment. That is last time I have ordered from there and definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

Poorest and Worst Customer Service Experience. I received the wrong item on my order. They were not apologetic and they found it funny. I even had food poisoning from the food they served me. They don't even deserve 1 star. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

Always my go to Chinese but not anymore ordered tonight and very disappointed curry had no sauce lol just prawns in a very watery kind of thing pancake rolls had no colour and very doughy called and they said curry sauce was on its way….. 1 hour later meal ruined and still no sauce….. won’t be using this takeaway again…. But I must add delivery time was 60 mins and arrived in 20 so that must say something…..
