Very easy to arrange service. Thorough service, which put right some suboptimal and potentially problematic fixes from previous services (not performed by Oncore). Explained everything in detail so we understood what parts were needed and why. Polite and professional.

Contacted Oncore because my oil-fired central heating was not working. They cam out to my home at Old Hutton within 12 hours and assessed and fixed the problem within one hour - all while obeying social distancing rules. Professional, not expensive, and no-nonsense. Just what you want from a heating engineer. Now will be getting them back to service the boiler.
