I had a really good experience with Mazda, very good communication with Luke in services, he updated me constantly. I was honesty a bit worried taking it to a main dealer, with regards to cost, but they actually saved me over £600. This was due to having the correct diagnostic gear and knowledge. If I'd of had it fixed by the original garage I took it too, yes it would have been fixed but would have cost a lot more due to a part being fitted that I actually didn't need. Thank you Mazda.....oh and they cleaned my car for pick, bonus.

Easy to book & a phone call reminder the previous day. Booked a wait appointment & kept informed of progress. Two hours later all done & a rebook for a warranty issue in a couple of weeks

Purchased a mini from them in July, customer service from the sales associate Paul was great, had a slight issue with it and Luke got us booked back in, kept us updated the whole time and was really helpful. Great staff would buy a car from them again :)

Just purchased a nearly new CX5 from JCT 600 Leeds Mazda.Love the car,and loved the way that Paul Eden kept me fully informed of everything happening during the purchase (which is extremely important when buying from a distance of 60 miles!).Would definitely recommend JCT600,and in particular Paul,to anyone.Paul made the whole experience of buying the car very enjoyable,thanks again.

Bought a car from here just over a year ago. Great experience overall, some salespeople more experienced than others. Car hasn't missed a beat since purchasing and covered a fair few miles since then too. General viewing and buying process was easy, part exchange fee was a pain but I suppose you pay a premium when working with large dealerships. Thank you very much!
