Awful service. After waiting 5 minutes at a staff-less counter, a female staff simply told me rudely “she didn’t know how” to process DHL.After pressing her to find out “how”, she disappeared for a few minutes and said “ the others asked me to tell you that the network isn’t working, so there is no DHL service today”.This place is a joke.
