Excellent service with Nathan Michael Binfield. He arranged the house viewing for me in the afternoon when I sent him an email in the morning. He is really efficient and professional. He kept sending me emails to give me advice and helping me contact the vendor. The vendor accepted my offer in three days' time. Thank for your his effort and effective communication. I was very impressed with Haarts overall (having changed agents). 'Sales Progression' is key after accepting an offer and Emma Collishaw did an excellent job in this respect. Our sale needed a lot of input from her and she went out of her way to make it work. She was persistent and fed back to me on a daily basis, which was much appreciated. This is why it's always worth paying for an agent rather than going with an online only agency.
