Absolutely shocking, give u pets without telling you how to look after them or making sure you have a home for them to live in. So unprofessional. Gave my partner a scorpion, without any food or information on what it should eat and when and when they asked for food for it they sighed and when they gave them the food there was only like 5 crickets alive and the rest dead. Don’t look after any of their animals. Neglectful and unprofessional, them poor animals. Here’s a pic of the crickets, all the floor is covered in dead crickets, feed your animals ffs.

I can not recommend this shop highly enough, had so many issues looking after my late husband's pond and have been given so much valuable advise and treatments which have now added to a crystal clear pond. I was recommended a great food suitable for my cat suffering from a urinary tract infection, and I honestly haven't looked back, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and nothing is too much. I honestly feel they care so much about the pets and their owners. Would give 10 stars if it let me.

£10 for my rabbits nails clipped … very friendly and was no problem at all staff are all great would definitely recommend to anyone who has a pet
