We found a car on auto trader and arranged a viewing after paying 100 deposit. We agreed to pay the deposit and purchase the car as long as it was as explained on auto trader. (Which said it drove great with no faults)We got there to view, took it on a test drive and found ourselves pulling over after a few minutes to investigate a strong burning smell and lots of smoke coming from the exhaust. As well as many warnings on the dash. We took it back and explained why we no longer wanted the car.They did then offer to take us back out to see how it drove on another go. However the fact not even the dash warnings were mentioned to us prior to paying a deposit, we felt they were not trust worthy as they had not been honest.We asked if we were able to get our deposit back. The gent agreed and said he would refund it to our bank. However only gave us half back.We understand a deposit was paid to hold the car. However the car was not as described and we were given confirmation a full refund would be given but this was not the case.It’s a shame as we drove over two hours there and two hours back.Be cautious if you purchase a car here.Time waster. Only got a 2 star as the gent was polite (minus only the 50 percent refund)

I have bought a car from them with warranty, and I went back to home in Sheffield. In the following day, the car was not any more good. It stopped in the street without any reason. When I took it to them back by car recovery, they said it is your fault. (I have paid for the recovery service). They said you have to contact the warranty company.After contacting the warranty company, they need to know the problem and quotation price to fix the problem. I took it to the ford dealer( cost £107 for diagnostic) , they found the gearbox is complete failed and need to be complete replaced and the timed chains in the engine need to be replace.The car is not cheap either. I do not really recommend to buy from this dealer depending in my experience with them.I only drive my car for one day!!!!!!

Bought a Nissan juke from here 3 months ago, lovely car and great service from the minute I walked through the door, the sales guy Zain left me in peace to look over the car at my own pleasure which was a delight, I had a few questions which were answered which seal the deal for me, the cars look 10/10 the care and thought that goes in to them, lovely selection of cars great place all round would very highly recommend to anybody, thanks guys, keep up the good work ☺️

Zain went above and beyond with road tax and paper works and i got a very good deal(fair price) for the car I was purchasing. do not touch themendless faults with the car I bought from themthe last episode was when I had a puncture and went to change the wheel to find it was bald and the wheel was cracked and of no use, I contacted zane and since he has blocked my texting and calling them,today I have just found out the car has had a new front end which was not declared on purchase, I found this out when I went for refill on air con, mechanic has said stickers are all wrong they were probably on the parts when the front end was mended as its new gas not old as it states under the bonnet.you can imagine my surprise when I found that news out.now the seller has blocked my number as wellgave them 1 star so it would let be submit this review.
