Totally unprofessional staff.all the kids 16,or 17 working there don't even have manners to speak with customer the maccdonald should teach them first how to be professional with everyone then let them to serve over the till so they know how to speak gently and professionally with everyone hope someone will take a notice of my review thanks

Absolutely Shocking…I ordered some burger without bacon and asked 3 times that it will be really no bacon on it.. that sleepy and rude something at the counter confirmed 3 times without bacon.. and what I received and drove away.. with bacon!! I drove back and went inside.. Sorry bla bla etc. and got now without bacon and now after I specially asked for hot fries, they were so cheeky and gave me half filled cold fries!! This isn't any service! This is kidding with customers, they're paying their salaries!! Don't waste your money and time here and eat elsewhere. One star is too much!!

Absolutely terrible, I mean, mcdonalds isn't exactly fine dining but not even the homeless would eat the rubbish they regularly save here. Got it home today, 2 minute drive and it was stone cold. Fish fingers were like granite. Just embarrassing on so many levels.

Conveniently located in retail park and open 24 hours a day. Staff were polite and friendly despite looking incredibly busy looking after drive through, in house and online orders. It was really busy when we visited, however food wait times were still impressive. Old favourites and seasonal options are available on the menu. I went for a Spicy Tasty Burger meal off the What's New menu, with a mango Smoothie upgrade.

Just once please get my order right, I've tried drive through, walk in, online order and still it is never right. I always end up holding people up in the drive through whilst I check all my order is there. Or to be double wammied they give you your drink and ask you to park up then 10 mins later bring order out for it to be wrong so another 10 minute wait, waiting that long my drink is either empty or warm. If I ever get an order that is correct I'll post on here

By far the worst McDonalds in the areaThe past 3 orders I’ve had an issue1. Waited in drive thru for 40 mins for them to tell us it’s shut and manager was rude when I tried calling for my refund2. Ordered sprite and tasted like sparkling water3. This wrap

Very slow service at 6pm! Waited 20mins last week but thought I'd try 1 more time and I'm now sat here in the parking bay AGAIN 15mins later. Wouldn't have minded too much but they already given me my coffee which will be stone cold by the time i get home!

Absolutely Shocking…I only ordered a wrap of the day, but it took 14 minutes from arriving at the drive through to receiving my order!! At the payment window they had me down as a cheeseburger! So once corrected and paid I drove to the next window only to be asked to pull over & wait!!! The wrap eventually arrived and was cold…save your money and time and eat elsewhere

Absolutely shocking customer server from the manager Tara. Called as we have waited 2hrs and still no driver is available. Not one to complain but had to report as two hours is just not acceptable.
