I didn't have ceiling lights for more than 10 days now since Christmas with 3 children. I called many times, they just don't care at all. I called the emergency number the they told me your situation its not emergency. Its 4th of January now still no one get back to me. No one answered the phone either. Very disappointed.

From the beginning, I knew W&H would provide the level of service I prefer from an agent. Communication has been prompt, helpful, and professional. At all times I’ve felt like all staff genuinely wanted to help in the situation I found myself in. Couldn’t recommend them more. In fact, recently found out they were the agent my parents used in the early 70s to buy their first house! So W&H have loads of experience and that shows in the way they manage clients. We have just ended our tenancy with W&H as we were able to buy the property.. I cannot recommend W&H enough, I personally had a lot of contact with Eleanor who I can say is the most helpful, polite, calming young lady i have ever spoke to, always happy to help and got everything sorted I needed done.I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to..
