Great service till came to fitting, arranged at point of sale for a am installation as I work in the afternoon. what did they do? arrange on the morning for a pm delivery, after several calls they insisted he would be there on the hottest day of the year big glass windows with old blinds down as they asked but no fitter. I have requested to cancel the order they hold our deposit and wont cancel. don't bother try another firm.Can now add Homeflair did call me and were very apologetic they wanted to resolve my issue and arranged for not one but two fitters to come next morning and fit them which they did and very professional and thoughtful guys they were, did a great job and the blinds look great just the job I wanted so thank you for putting things right and hope you take on board the earlier criticism as you say. Changed my rating for you too.

This is the second property that I have purchased perfect fit blinds for kitchen window, my first colour being purple and recently dark grey. Really disappointed with the thinness of fabric which allows light through and does not show true depth of colour as seen in samples, the fabric even when opened needs to have pleated bottom adjusted to lay level. The thickness of fabric is like tissue paper. Although the fitting is very good, Homeflair are using poor quality fabric and I wont be using them again for further purchase of patio door perfect fit blinds. Very disappointed.
