I bought a Toyota Yaris 2009 model. It was delivered to our home. Very happy with the service and they were very friendly, helpful and professional and I would highly recommend them!

We purchased a Ford Fiesta for my sons first car. Very happy with service received, and car was delivered to us. I feel they are a trustworthy garage and happy to help in anyway. I would recommend.

Bought a car from them 6 months ago. Broke down on me after a few weeks and has been in and out of the garage since. Lied about putting a new exhaust on the car, only for it to fall apart a couple of months later. Avoid.

I brought a car in October and it has been in and out of the garage ever since. Advice to anyone buying a second hand car make sure the mileage is relatively low and it has some service history. So two weeks after buying it the battery light flashed up so I took it to the garage and it needed a new battery which unfortunately wasn’t covered in this very basic 3 month warranty. Two months later the car just shut down on me so I rang up Zeb (car dealer) which to be fair he sorted everything out and towed the car back to his office however he couldn’t find anything wrong with the car which was confusing. A couple of months later the fuel switch needed replacing and then I took it back to the garage and now it’s going to need a new head gasket. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this dealership Zeb is fairly reasonable bloke but the cars he is providing have either no service history or the mileage is too high for it to be reliable.

I do not recommend this second-hand shop, I sell broken cars with a yearly mot If someone lets such cars pass, it's a matter of time and wait when a tragedy happens Is not verbal and deceives people Stay away Don't be tempted by the low price Because later you will regret it like I regretted this choice

Would give 0 stars if i could.Enquired about a car asking to view. Given times to come and see, turned up to find the place closed. Several unanswered calls and voicemails later and we left. Sat for 50 mins waiting after travelling 72 miles with a small child. Disgusting business. Dont waste your time or fuel!

The cars here really are not worth going to have a look at. Every single one had some damage on it and not specified on their adverts. Dont settle for the price they are asking, knock it down

I saw this A3 Audi advertised by Zeb (owner) at Heartlands Motors, it looked superb, inside and out, had FSH (Audi) a brand new MOT, and came with 3 months parts and labour warrantee. The price was slightly lower (by a over a couple of hundred pounds) compared with others advertised. I phoned Zeb and managed to get a better deal than was advertised, so I bought it. (defiantly no regrets)The car was delivered FOC and was as described, I took it to my local garage and had my mechanic (a good friend of mine) go right through the car, the only thing he found was the cigarette lighter was not working (fuse gone), that was it.I thought I would phone up Zeb and tell him I had a problem with the car, not explaining what it was (ciggy lighter) his immediate response was take it to a garage
