We had an ABS warning light come up on our Volvo XC 70. I immediately phoned Lee at Martin Matthewson and got the car booked in quickly. The fault was identified immediately, and a new sensor fitted and tested. Fantastic customer service.

I've been taking my Volvos here for about 6 years now, even though I live about 20 miles away. The level of service from Sally on the front desk has always been excellent and the mechanic team have been great at servicing, fault finding, repairing and MoTs. Prices are very responsible but you also get the expertise of true Volvo professionals.

The service from this garage is second to none.All staff are so helpful and accommodating as they collect and return our cars. The services are thorough and all paperwork is completed for our records. I also think that they would help out if an unexpected problem cropped up with either vehicle. It's a pleasant and reassuring experience dealing with this friendly and efficient business!

Been in a couple of times, very friendly staff, competitive pricing.Had issue with door handle, while every effort was made to repair, replacement was only option, however they still did their best to keep cost down by transferring painted parts rather than replace. Only slight down side is location is a little out of the way, but book ahead of time and hire cars are available. Excellent service, thoroughly recommend

I've been using Martin's garage for over 10 years. Their communication has always been excellent, they will keep you updated on emerging issues with the vehicle and are up front and honest about what work needs doing. Their diagnosis has always been accurate and all work carried out out has been reliable, meaning that only one visit is required for the majority of issues. I've used the terraclean service on some high mileage diesels and have noticed an improvement in engine running and 3-4mpg improvement on the next tank of fuel. Definitely recommend using them!
