Annas Plants & Colombian Coffee Shop

Getting inspired for festive season ! Lovely choice of beautiful plants . Feel arty .

Very changeable store.Selling indoor and outdoor plants.A Cafe selling hot drinks and cakes.Then a new introduction of fresh produce.Great staff and enjoyable environment.We purchased fruit, vegetables and a baby monstera.Would love to buy a monkey jar, but they sell very quickly, when the stock comes in.

Came with my mum for coffee (which was lovely - great seating area hanging out with the plants!) we also had a browse in the shop - sells a wide range of plants with helpful information (i.e. pet safe and whether easy to maintain etc). They also sell products made by local artists like pottery and prints. Will definitely be back :-)

Absolutely love this store. Never been a plant/flower person, but this year I've decided to give it a go. The French lavander was bought at Anna's and probably one of my favorite in the garden! The team is super helpful and friendly and always give good tips on how not to kill your plant" (which I desperately need and have no idea what I'm doing!). Payments are cash-free which to me is a bonus as I never have any money on me. Definitely recommend!!! Oh and the markets are fantastic aswell!"

New staff are rude, used to come in 2-3 times a week since it opened to stock up on fruit and veg until a new member of staff decided I weren’t going to be served even though I was next in line and she saw that as there was no one else in the queue first of all, she asked another member of staff to come over to take over the till and told her when customers starting queuing from the other way to serve them first. She saw me and heard me and my son who is ASD so very blunt saying we was in the queue next she rolled her eyes and started shouting does anybody else need help. A nice lady next at the till saw what happened and stated I could go infront of her since I was next but we decided to go to the greengrocers down the road instead.

What’re a great shop, never been one for plants before, like an Aladdin’s cafe of stuff.John was very helpful with this palm.definitely will be back soon.

First time in the store and overheard staff talking rudely about previous customers but just decided to ignore. Picked up a few vegetables, took them to the till to pay with cash but was told they only accept card. Strange as most fruit and veg vary in price from 30p to £1. Why not accept cash to pay for something that totals £1.30? Very odd. Will not be visiting again. Staff need basic training in customer service.

Great indoor market. Plants as well as fruits and vegetables. Amazing prices. Also now a coffee & cake shop there. Pop in and take a look.

This is another of my series of reviews about shops that are not coffee shops but serve speciality coffee. This one is called Anna's plants. It serves Hermanos coffee which is a London coffee roaster that sells only coffee from farms in Colombia. The coffee is brewed from a bean to cup machine, still ok though has I've had worse along this road which has since closed down. On the plant side of the shop, there is a good selection so buy plants, drink ok coffee and the pastries are very good! 'nuff said!
