Third time using JPM Autos. Highly impressed & feel very confident with the work done. Are now our ‘go to’ garage for all our family vehicles. Finally feel we have found a garage we can trust and be confident we’re not being ripped off. Would highly recommend.

There are good and bad points to this establishment .Depending on their work load they have a quick enough turn around time in seeing your motor and getting it repaired.The explanation given in regards to the issues facing yourvehicle can be both abstract or explained in full depending on which mechanic you talk to.I would advise speaking to the guy who actually owns the place because the other mechanic doesn't seem to like to anyone who isn't white.What i am not really happy about is the fact that i was told that there was XYZ wrong with my vehicle which in turn was one repair done.WHAT REALLY BITS THE BISCUIT:When i went to get my tyre changed by other individual he flagged up 4 more issues under the vehicle which should have been noticed by JPM autos and the reason why i say this is listed below:JPM autos was working on a part which was directly parallel to the component which has the new issue.I am again unable to drive my vehicle because this was not flagged.Regardless of what you might say you didn't mention the issue to them " blah blah .But explain this to me:Your working on a component which is right next to other component which looks like it is knackered.In all your years of experience are you telling me your not going to notice it ?We are talking about a component which left untreated could potentially be dangerous to the driver and leaves the car un-driveable.The tyre mechanic also told me that their is play in a rear component which left untreated could flip my car over.Thank you JPM autos for your observant eye.Pricing :When i got the bill i was like fair enough but looking closely at the bill i was charged for a part that i provided them.I am honestly losing the will to live in finding a reputable garage or mechanic in Birmingham who is not willing to do half a job ."

Some garages don't treat their customers very well, some do. JPM falls squarely in the latter. I needed a new door mirror fitted to my car. They were helpful, friendly and professional. They also completed the work when they said they would, at a reasonable price.

Great garage and very fairly priced. Have taken my car in a number of terms and every time they've been really helpful and got the problem sorted straight away. Recently moved and went to a different garage where I got a pretty outrageous quote to fix something fairly simple. Ended up bringing it back to JPM where they fixed it in half a day and for half the price. Would 100% recommend.

Had work done here a few times now, good service, I have other issues with my car so will definitely be going back to these guys, very happy with them.

Took my car in for a simple oil change and was shocked to be charged £140.Charged £24 for ‘diagnostics’. I questioned what this was for and was told it was to reset the oil change reminder on the dash. Now this takes 15 seconds and does not require any specialist equipment (turn on ignition, press down on brake and accelerator, job done).Also another mysterious £6 charge for ‘consumables’ I presume this was the sump washer. Again seems a little steep.I’m sure the guys did a good job, the oil was not overfilled and hasn’t’ fallen out the car but these prices are crazy.**UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER** JPM had advised I needed new brake pads. Took car into another local garage only to find the pads are fine, only half worn.Seems not only are JPM over charging they are also trying to do unneccecary work. Disgusted with this garage. I'd been coming here for over 10 years but never again. Paul you should be ashamed
