Kieron picked me and my immobile van up at Woodall services connecting my journey to Leeds, from another recovery service in Derby. He was a great guy, really polite and genuinely interested to help. He was very engaging and delivered the service to a high standard - even going the extra mile (literally!). He had called his boss to check if he could make an extra journey to drop my van off at home (a further 90 mile ish) instead of Leeds, saving me a lot of inconvenience and stress!I’d reccomend this recovery service and Kieron without hesitation! There are few good people left in the world who actually care about what they are doing, but Kieron is definitely one of them!

I was recovered within 30 minutes. Lee was helpful and knowlegeable as well as friendly. He took my car home (it was a Saturday night) and inspected the cause of the breakdown. We had a car crash 3 hours from home and 2 hours from where we was going, Jason who works at Roy’s came to pick us up and stayed with us for ages ensuring we could find a safe place to go so late at nightWithout Jason we would’ve ended up on the street in the middle of nowhere, Jason is one of the nicest people I have ever met, and I could not express my thanks to him!
