Found shoes I wanted, but the only pair they had, had a mark on the front of one shoe. Was told by staff to buy a cleaning product from them and try to clean it at home. So not only they wanted to sell me shoes with defects for full price, but also sell a cleaning product so I can clean my new shoes myself at home without guarantee that the mark will come off....no, thanks.

Had such a nice experience! they didn't have the furry walking boots we wanted but the staff were super helpful, recommended trying on a similar shoe to see how they fit and helped throughout the process. The woman who helped us was so lovely and down to earth!

I bought a pair of boots from this store on November 4, 2023 (exactly 17 days ago). I have worn the boots 5 times counted and the inner insole has peeled off. Unsurprisingly, given that they are boots that cost me £169, I have gone to see what they can do to fix them. First one of the sales clerks gave me the contact details of a shoe repair store. Obviously I told her that I didn't have to pay for the repair and that I wanted to speak to the store manager. The manager came to repeat the same thing, that the inside of the boot is not covered by the warranty

Brilliant experience! I’ve never owned dr martens before and I didn’t really know which style I wanted. I went in and was greeted so nicely and they pulled three styles that I loved! 10/10 experience from start to finish and Eloise was perfect. Really great customer service and great experience overall! Wore them to work today and got so many compliments too!!

Popped in with the intention to just look" and left with a beautiful new pair of sandals! Izzy dealt with us and was unbelievably nice and knowledgeable. They got my size so fast and with no issue and then she found the best deal she could for us! The team here are always lovely it's truly hard not to love this shop!"
