We brought vertical string blinds made by this company over 8 years ago, they still look great today and I still love them as much as I did then. Recently we damaged some of the fixing clips in the rail when we took it down to decorate. Lukckily I had kept the receipt and found they were manufactured by Lonsdale Window Fashions Ltd. I called the company to try to source the broken bits, and they were very helpful. The next day I took my rail to their manufacturing unit and a lovely lady called Sam, repaired it while I waited. Really happy customer! Thank you
