Drive past this imposing building on the A14 every day. They sell all sorts of farm machinery, some massive harvesters and tractors. There is an engineering training school here

My wife and I where lucky enough to be invited to join a tour of Claas UK at Saxham, it was very interesting to see what you do. The fascinating history of the site and how it all started. Also how you are encouraging youngsters to join your apprenticeships. we had a great day thank you very much.

Very informative, modern and clean showroom. Very accommodating for my kids to have a look at the tractors. Lovely friendly staff to talk too

Left dog in work van with windows barely open for over 45 mins and dog still in there, RSPCA have been called. Van belongs to service engineer James Oldroyd. Have pictures of incident but not sure how to post them on here.

Don’t know about their tractors, but whoever was driving their pickup through the villages this morning was driving it like he stole it!

WRECKLESS DRIVERS. I was hit by one of their drivers in their company vehicle. The driver ran a red light and caused thousands in damage to my car. The driver even admitted fault and told me he went through the red light. He assured me we would go through their company insurance and take care of it. I found out that the company manager, Paul Clarke, (who was not at the scene) called their insurance company and disputed the claim so their insurance wouldn't cover anything without video proof, which I did not have. I was left to pay for the damages out of my pocket. The mechanic I went to was shocked CLAAS did this and was nice enough to try and bring the price down for me but I still had to pay £3,200 in repairs and was without a car for months. I was very disappointed in the dishonesty and how the situation was handled by CLAAS.

I never actually went within 200 metres of Claas UK but, from the nearby layby on the A14, it looks really nice. I'm sure all the staff are honest and kind and the big machines they make look fun too.
