Had to call a recovery service and Royston Recovery were brilliant. Quick, great communication and got me to where I needed to be! Hopefully I won’t be in a similar situation anytime soon, but if I am, I know who to call. Jimmy was brilliant.

After being let down by The AA and stranded on my own for over 4 hours, my boyfriend called Royson Recovery, who arrived in under 30 minutes. Jimmy was warm and friendly, just what I needed after a stressful experience. He was so kind and offered hot drinks and was so reassuring. Thank you Jimmy for rescuing me! I couldn't recommend your service enough

So pleased I managed to find this organisation. We were let down by our breakdown insurer who just said they couldn’t find anyone who could come out to us and they told us to ring companies ourselves! Well we did and what a helpful, professional company we found. Straight away promised to come out, told me how much, when I could expect the driver, what he was called and what colour the truck was. The driver was right on time and couldn’t have been more helpful. So pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks so much for really saving the day.

Having had my girlfriend let down by the AA cancelling her emergency after waiting over 4 hours I arranged Royston Recovery to collect her. Jimmy arrived within half an hour and could not have been kinder offering warm drinks and a friendly face. Could not recommend these guys more!

These boys are awesome, couldn't be more helpful and came and rescued me within 20mins of calling I was so impressed with the serviceI was on my way to the mechanics and broke down en route, the mechanic was also happy they were so quick as it didn't inconvenience his plan..so I van only wish them success they deserve that.

I had a flat tyre on the M11 yesterday which couldn’t be repaired so I needed towing. I tried one place and it was a 3Hour wait, so I called Royston recovery, and Lindsey was there within an hour from my call. He kept me updated on his timing, and told me the vehicle to expect, which as a female stood on my own beside the motorway was really reassuring.It was the best service from my first call, through to him taking to my home village to the garage and home.I 100% recommend them, and will be calling the first if I need them again - which I hope isn’t for a while!

We got a blow out in our horse lorry, on the A11, with two horses on board. The patience Jimmy had with us (and the horses) made a very stressful scenario much more manageable. Once the horses were off the box and reloaded safely he just took our keys, confirmed drop of location and handled the rest. Perfect service and even better that it was within the hour!

Excellent and speedy service - rang on Thursday afternoon to get my non-starting vehicle moved from my driveway; delivered to the garage first thing on Friday morning. Very pleasant to deal with and good value for money.
