My mum has just had service stair lift serviced. Engineer called me to explain he was delayed due to weather . I purchased the stair lift a 3 years ago its the best value for money item ever spent. Staff in the office and Engineers very polite and professional 10/10

I recently had a stair lift installed by Recare. It was difficult to do because of the very narrow staircase in my old cottage. Recare had the knowledge to provide a suitable chair. The engineer fitting it did an excellent job and showed great expertise in dealing with all issues involved in its actual installation. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

A rep from Recare was meant to come to my wheelchair services this morning with a number of different Stimulite cushions and pressure mapping equipment. The appointment was at 9.15am in Northampton which would have meant he would have left his place around 8am. He phoned at 9.45am (half an hour after he was due to arrive) to say he’d tested positive for COVID the night before and wouldn’t be coming to the appointment. No apology either.

My daughter and I visited this shop for advice concerning my brother, who lives in Portsmouth and has suffered a severe stroke.We were looking for a motorised wheelchair for him.The advice was very helpful and we couldn’t believe our luck that they were willing to travel from Oxfordshire to Portsmouth to help my brother!!Andrew visited to measure him up for a chair, completed all the paperwork needed for the DWP and 8 weeks later he delivered the chair, personally.Job done, with no hassle whatsoever.All staff were friendly, helpful and job done with a caring attitude.I can’t thank everyone enough and highly recommend this shopIrene Beadle x

Just had my Klaxon hand bike serviced with Recare. Everyone is helpful, kind and efficient as always. My handbike has been wonderful and I have been able to access everything from beaches to forest trails. Recare gave lots of great advice to help me make the right choice. Would definitely recommend both Recare and Klaxon hand bike.

Very impressed by the HIGH level of customer service here. I’d never used them before but I needed some urgent work doing on my mobility scooter prior to going on holiday. I called in unexpectedly one evening and by the next morning my problem had been sorted. I was impressed with the staff knowledge, care and politeness.

My wife has a spinal cord injury. Whilst in Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Recare visited and demonstrated mobility equipment they were able to provide.At all times Recare staff maintained a professional and understanding of need and were always ready to go the extra mile. We have trusted Recare to provide all of our mobility needs and would without hesitation recommend their services

Excellent advice and service. Recare sorted me out at short notice with what I needed. They are very friendly and made sure I knew how to operate my new kit. To top it off they then went the extra mile to get me out of a sticky situation on a sticky afternoon. I'm a very happy first time customer who'll be back for more when the time comes.

Very helpful staff - made an appointment to take my husband to purchase a light wheelchair I can use to push him in / lift into the car boot. I was impressed with range of items available and the knowledge of staff. Staff were not pushy and suggested we did not need to spend a large amount.The wheelchair was delivered by Recare to our home so I didn’t need to collect it. Brilliant service.
