Hi there,I was at the shop at some point and needed a particular item but unfortunately was given a standard item. The staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming, I'll put my experience to my appearance. I'd like to think Crawley was a multicultural town, in my experience at this time they only seemed to care about me paying for the item which i came to purchase.The chap who served me was passive aggressive and rude whilst serving me was touching his manhood which i found extremely insulting but i kept my cool as didnt want to look like the bad person.It was such a sad experience for me and therefore sadly wouldn't be going to this shop in the future. The next HPS company were very helpful and polite when i was at their shop and will certainly go there another time I'm in crawley. This shop uased to be good but for some reason something has changed. I had travelled almost 48 miles. Very upsetting situation I'd like to forget in a hurry.

Helpful professional service competitively priced more than willing to help out people but don't quite know what they need because there not a plumber. Great covid-19 thought floor markings only three people allowed in store at one time recommend establishment
