Very pleasant and helpful. Assistant wasn't too sure about whether a weighted blanket could be done. She promised to find out by asking her boss who wasn't present; had a positive answer within an hour. Definately will be recommending and will use again in the future.

I had two pairs of trousers taken up. Both have been done exactly as requested; one perfectly hand stitched and the jeans machine sewn.Service is excellent and the member of staff friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Helpful, professional, friendly staff and the quality of alterations is top notch. Allthe garments I took in were beautifully pressed when they were returned to me. Reasonable prices too.One of the items I took for repair was a top which I thought was faulty and needed a new zip, infact there was just something I needed to be aware of with the fastener, so they really don't do a job if there is no need.I would definitely use Neat and Pressed for any alterations or dry cleaning again. It's so hassle free and you have the confidence that they will do a good job for you and treat you with kindness and respect.How lucky to have such a great facility on our doorstep.

New owner is nice friendly lady who knows her stuff. New machines going in to keep all updated and up to speed..... The Printer next store is a great guy too... Highly recommend them both !!
