The windmill care home has been managed by new management since June 2020. The recent Cqc inspection shows major improvements compared to the previous report which is also reflected in residents, relatives, visitors and professionals reviews and compliments to the home. The home aims to continue with the great progress and ongoing improvements.

this care home provides person centred care at all times the team are one in a million the new manager shelly has made this care home a place to be proud of everybody always put the residents first well done to everybody

My dad wasn't cared for properly no communication between family members very bad place DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE FEEL SORRY FOR THE RESIDENTS THERE NOW

The Windmill Care Home is wonderful, the residents receive care, compassion, understanding & sometimes pampering. The staff have helped my 94yr old Mum to regain strength & mobility. The carers & management go above & beyond. My Mum now sings & laughs everyday & has made good friends both with other residents, carers & management. I can’t thank them enough. I have seen some adverse reviews & that were written some years ago, please take no heed of these they are out of date & not a true picture of the Windmill now.
