Beautiful, homely studio, with a great atmosphere. Small classes with a great instructor, who takes the time to help and encourage you along the way. It's hard work but it's fun!

I started pole when I really needed the exercise and the boost. Nina is really encouraging and pushes you to amazing moves that you look at and think wowww! Nina really personalises her classes and instruction to the people in the class and because the classes are not huge, you really get time with Nina and this cannot be underestimated at all. All this plus my strength has rocketed!!! So quickly!!!!! This is definitely attributed to Nina's teaching style. I recommended highly.

I do 4 classes a week at Keturah and I love all of them! Nina and Emma are brilliant instructors, everyone is made to feel welcome and included. I started pole fitness a number of years ago, going to my first class alone, I didn't know anyone but I knew I wanted to try it - now I do pole, hoop, pilates and yoga. So much more fun than any gym membership, I can't recommend this studio enough.

Would be lost without my Pole classes and support from Nina. The studio is perfect size and class sizes are not intimidating or crowded. Love my Yoga too always come away feeling Better. ❤

Whatever class on which ever day you come you go away feeling better about yourself mentally and physically. Nina is an amazing teacher who tailors classes to suit those there. All girls are friendly, welcoming and completely supportive. It’s a fantastic work out and you get stronger and fitter quickly. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. The new studio is fabulous, lovely atmosphere and warm and welcoming. Thank you Nina xx

I’ve only been coming here about 6 weeks& I tell you what I absolutely love it, I never thought I’d enjoy it as much as I do. It’s such a great hobby to have. The atmosphere is lovely and chilled. Nina is amazing& very relaxed. She is so lovely. If you mess up it’s not frowned upon, she just tells you to take a breather& come back to it. I’m so glad I started it up. I was very aprahensive when I went to the taster, 6 weeks on I can now sit on a pole! It’s amazing! Highly recommend!!❤️

Keturah Fitness is amazing and totally addictive. Classes are fun and friendly. Pole is so motivating and really helps build confidence. I love it so much. Lots of other classes too, great variety, something for everyone ❤️

This is the first fitness class I’ve ever been to that I walk away knowing I got more than my money’s worth! Nina is great at helping to encourage you to do more than what you believe you can. Everyone in every class is professional encouraging and great to be around! It’s amazing what pole can do! Couldn’t recommend enough! Fantastic for body and mind!

I feel very comfortable and welcome in every class I attend. The classes boosted my self confidence, made me lose weight and i have so much fun when in there. I can't recommend it enough. Everyone is super friendly, encouraging and supportive!
