The Somerset and Dorset Animal rescue do a marvellous job looking after a wide variety of animals. They rehome many animals that are looking for their forever homes.I am now sharing my home with a beautiful little dog, and she has brought so much joy with her. We adopted Oscar (beagle) in 2015. Wonderful organisation and he spent about 4 years with us until he contracted cancer and sadly was put to sleep. Would not hesitate to use this rescue centre again.

Was just browsing the website for a family member who's thinking of adopting a dog it seems very informative, i think they could be a bit more helpful for older members who are looking for companions or those who aren't confident with computers I.e call to book an appointment with someone who will help you saves stress of the person and the animals.

Wonderful place with its non destruct policy rescuing animals. The owners are absolutely smashing people down to earth and so very nice.You can also rent a little home on the grounds with its own hot tub garden set and bunk beds for the kids next door in a quaint little trailer.Please give this amazing place and people a visit they are extremely hard working and dedicated to animals.
