Poorly maintained morning suit and shirt and jaw droppingly bad customer service.Shirt had two cracked buttons (one of which I spotted in the store and it was replaced, the other I discovered 1 hour before the wedding). However, the replaced button I saw was yellow vs white.Suit trousers had a small tear in the leg.Suit jacket was missing a button at the back (a very visible feature of morning suits).Upon returning the suit, I expressed my disappointment and explained why I shouldn't have paid full price for poorly maintained garments. The lady asked what I wanted and suggested a 10% refund to which she responded I should be charging you 10% more for the fact I helped you in a hurry".Firstly

The care and attention to detail that these guys show really sets them apart. I arrived with a very late request for a Dinner Suit which at 6ft 5in tall most places would struggle with at such short notice. They took it in their stride and delivered admirably. If you do have cause to visit their store then do so in the knowledge that they will take great care of you.

This shop is so wonderful in helping me choose the right tuxedo for my special wedding day! The staff here are so amazing and I will be definitely looking to hire more suits and tuxedos from them in the near future!

I did went into this shop for last minute alterations for my new suit and the lady in the shop was very helpful and took the order just after 5pm and promised it will be ready next day in the morning.It’s located on The Avenue shop parade and free parking right in front of the shop. I am sure it will be good job and I hope that I don’t have to remove this review when I collect!

The lady was very nice on the phone, but when I arrived and after she asked a few questions, I felt like she was assessing my worth. She made a comment that revealed that she was not genuine. I thought her comment was a little rude and really put me off. The feeling I got (and I'm usually pretty good with picking these things up) was that if you're not going to spend min £500 in this shop and quickly, don't expect to be treated as nicely as a new customer for instance. I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Also, they have very limited choices and sizes, mostly blue and black. I left feeling confused and unhappy. I later bought an item from BOSS from Westfield for £995 which I am now very happy with. Worth checking out Westfield for more variety and good service. I won't be going to Vivaldi ever again and would not recommend.

Unfortunately I can never buy suits straight off the rack, therefore meaning that alterations are constant process before clothing items hit my wardrobe. Finding VivaldiPro and in particular Rima is a great discovery. Rima worked her magic and turned my oversized, unflattering suit into a real work of art. Thank you very much.Andrew

Absolutely fabulous service. Really pleased with the outcome. The lovely lady not only shortened my dress but then created a sleeve as well. I ended up with a bespoke dress she was very patient and creative.
