These people are no doubt very good at what they do.However, customer service is like a foreign language to them.Twice now I have phoned them and the person at their end behaves in a way you'd wonder if they had any experience at all. Twice I have been promised a call back but no luck.I'd love to have a successful business that needs no regard for the customers it serves.
