Autokey care - Best Locksmith In Birmingham

I had my ignition barrel fixed while I was at work and I had someone with the car while the job was done, the job was done and a video sent to me to show everything working as it should, the job was done without having to change the key so saved me having to have a spare key cut. Great service, would recommend Autokey Care to anyone.

This is the most unprofessional service I've ever experienced. Don't be fooled by the five stars avoid at all cost. This is a family run business and the owner only cares about taking money from the customers regardless of if the work is doneHis son came out to inspect my car and when he could not fix the issue, he tried to charge me £150 for coming out to diagnose the problem with his little laptop when the issue was not fixed. His dad phoned and demanded the full money even though the issue with my car/keys was not fixed. He was still adamant that i pay him either £100 inc £60 for a call out fee and £40 to repair my current key, or £80 for just diagnosing my car. The son was very sarcastic and said the 'Fuel is not cheap'My car still does not switch on with my current key. Despite this the employee did not care, neither did his father. They conned me out of £100 for doing nothing and I still have a car which does not startAvoid at all cost!!!

I highly recommend this company . The gentleman who came out to replace my keys , was absolutely Brilliant . He and the other gentleman , were so polite , and respectful , they turned up , a little early , which was great , explained absolutely , everything , that needed to be done , were really reassuring when I told them my concerns and made sure that we were completely happy with what they had done , before leaving . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed this type of service .Thank you Guys , I couldn't be happier !.

Delighted with this service, annoyed I lost my keys! However I didn't want to leave my car knowing my keys had been lost in the area. Autokey came out that evening and sorted everything for me, would highly recommend.

Contacted the company and told them of my situation. I was told they will arrive the following day in the afternoon. The following day came and I happened to be free in the morning, I contacted the company and asked if the can come in the morning instead to which they agreed to. They arrived and made me a spare key to my car. Very professional, polite and helpful, no issues at all. I highly recommend this company.

Really positive experience this week with Autokey care when my steering wheel and ignition jammed. Came across Autokey care after getting an extortionate quote from the AA.Autokey managed to come out to me same day and replace the part and get my car started in my driveway.The service was professional yet friendly. The guy who came (didn't catch his name) knew his stuff and the online payment system couldn't have been easier. Can highly recommend!

I was working in Birmingham and miss placed my key, couldn’t get a key for my car anywhere. He came quick to help me get into my car with no issues or damage. he didn’t have a central locking key in stock but gave me one manual one to get me back the road but within a few days he had one ready for me.Great guy and brilliant service
