Cotswold Car Wash

Been here a few times gets more expensive each time, £100 quoted for a valet. Never again, Banbury is less than half the price.

First 3 times were good, but this last time was pretty poor. Rushed thru as fast as possible (Saturday) to keep the queue going. Had to finish the job at home myself. Unfortunately, shortening the queue was more important than doing a quality job, so I'll go to the wash in Banbury next time.

Great experience, my car has been taken care of perfectly fine. Highly recommend

The worst place,make the price up ,different each time.pulled up today,wanted £20 as moaning it is a large van,only wanted a wash and go so agreed £15.Sat in van whilst it was washed ,amazed after literally 5 minutes when they said it was finishedDrove round to pay ,got out and pointed out all the dirt and mud still on the sills and under the arches,was told it would be £30 to do it properly.Appalling attitude and service,will never returnMay as well have driven through and just gave them £15 for nothing

Great car wash, not farmed through in 2 minutes. Card and cash taken. Seemingly all cars come here as there is a DB5 being cleaned at the moment. Coffee is also available.

Near Wigwam Storage near to Shell Garage roundabout Chipping Norton, these team of valets are very professional outstanding attention to detail my cars always look like showroom concours condition both inside and out I’d highly recommend visiting

Absolutely atrocious. I used to use this car wash when it was run by someone else. Since that time the service has rapidly deteriorated, however, today was the final straw. I queued for 15 mins, there were only 2 guys there working very slowly. After 15 mins of waiting one of them came to my car and asked me what service I wanted, I said inside and out. I have a 5 door Toyota Yaris and my car was dirty but not terrible, just leaves and general dirt inside. He opened my door and then said to me the cost would be £35 even though what was advertised on their price board was £15. The car wasn’t even that bad and certainly not a large car. Either they’re just taking the p*ss or they are skimming money from the boss. I will NEVER use them again after today, it’s not like they were even the best car wash anyway. #ripoffmerchants.

What a find and on my doorstep!! Such a great local family run team who actually understand when you talk to them! Took both cars there more than once and delighted with their service. I wish the guys all the best of luck and a very prosperous 2021.

Service has deteriorated rapidly. Arrived at opening time around 9am. No one turned up until 920am. I was the only car there and the guy said it would be about an hour to clean inside and out. Then they said card machine was broken and could I get cash. It’s not a car wash, it’s a car crash!

Very poor job. I paid £45 for inside and out. The inside was done poorly and had to get them back in twice. Didn’t wipe kids foot prints off seats. Still rubbish in all the seats. The carpets were not put back properly and I had to do it myself. They deem a 4x4 as xl the largest size which leaves no room for mini buses. Complete rip off I normally pay £25 else where for better job
