Elisa was excellent at explaining everything about the process, took time to thoroughly go through everything with me , which reassured me , I completely trusted her to create eyebrows to suit my face shape , and work with what I naturally had, highly recommend booking in !I'm day 5 of what will be beautiful soft, natural eyebrows, and very happy!

The consultation with Elisa was when I knew she was going to be perfect for my new look eyebrows.Caring , sensitive and personable.Then I had the first of two appointments, Elisa explained very thoroughly each step checking in with me as she created.The follow up appointment also continued in the same caring way.After care service was also exceptional.The waterside therapy room is in a tranquil setting.Also easy to find with good parking.The whole experience from start to finish was faultless . I’m really thrilled with the end result.

Elisa is not only professional but also very warm and friendly person. She creates positive atmosphere and has good sense of humour.She takes her time to do correct mapping and treatment itself is not painful at all.Price is very fair too.Would highly recommend her!!!!Thank you, will for sure come back in future!!!!

I had the nanoblading done first with a touch up after a few months. Very pleased with the results and they look very natural, even with hardly any eyebrow hair! Lips followed after a thorough consultation with Elisa. A bit nervous to have the procedure done but I’m very pleased with the results. Again, a very natural everyday colour is what I wanted and got. A bit uncomfortable with the outline but once Elisa put more numbing gel on, I relaxed and actually enjoyed the remainder of the procedure - thank you Elisa x
