I recently had Plumbwell install an external boiler boiler to replace an old Rayburn plus a new electric range cooker with power supply.The weather conditions were atrocious, very heavy rain throughout but the installation went without problems; Stuart, Chris and Lenny were courteous, professional and tidy and it was a pleasure to have them work with us.I have used Plumbwell for 9 years and have always found them the same.

Plumbwell Heating
I needed my boiler serviced and as were all working from home I didn't want to wait until the end of lock-down. I've also been disillusioned with other companies, but I'd heard that Plumbwell were good. They were extremely professional, polite and came with all the necessary PPE and explaining what they would need access to. They were so thorough and I really felt that boiler had had a good service. Money well spent. I can't recommend them enough.

Plumbwell are great. We had a nasty flood, burst pipes all over the place from the recent cold spell. Paul came out and calmly worked through all the problems, one by one until everything was working again, as well as providing useful advice on what to do going forward. Aga, central heating system and water all commissioned and running on a single visit. And when the bill came - I couldn't believe how reasonable it was. Highly recommended.

Plumbwell Heating are efficient, knowledgeable and committed. They installed a new boiler system for us. They hit some unexpected problems due to the age and unusual layout of the building, but they took complete ownership and solved every problem that the building threw at them, cheerfully and efficiently. They kept us well informed at all stages and despite the problems, the final bill was as quoted in the beginning. We are thrilled with our new two boiler system.

Melanie, Paul, Stuart and the team have been so helpful and responsive. From the start they assisted with Aga dismantling, collection, courier and all round help. They have been really responsive, reliable and great at communicating. I strongly recommend them for Aga/ Boiler advice, repair, dismantling and commissioning etc. Happy customer, thank you.
