Saw the Skapones play here, a great live music venue for Wakefield, with a basement bar and the main gig area at ground level. Pints of lager very reasonable at £4.50. Overall a top class club in a great location.

I've been to a few gigs at this venue and have to say it runs very well. Staff are friendly, punters are too. And the bands have all been brilliant. Sound has too!!

We only visited the upstairs venue which was very small. The on tap range of beers wasn't great but they had some better bottles as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, we would go again if the right act was on.

Excellent rock bar, one of a dying breed of pubs nowadays. Excellent live acts from local and further afield, rock/ metal bands. Well worth a visit if you are into this type of music. It's also one of the few remaining live music pubs in Wakefield.

Great little rock, metal and alternative bar and venue. Sound system is great, bar prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is cool.
