We had new windows supplied and fitted by Ashmore Glass around 6 months ago and must say how fantastic these guys are as a company. Paul came along to quote the work and didnt put us under pressure to commit. He went away and evaluated the work and worked out the best price possible to suit our requirements. The fitters turned up on time the day that we had arranged and worked through bad weather to ensure we werent left in the lurch and always left the house clean and tidy. We are really happy with our windows and will continue to use Ashmore Glass for future work.

We needed a new patio so I asked my neighbours and he said he went to Ashmore glass And Mirrors Ltd for his patio. We read some reviews and they were good. So we phoned them and a few days later Paul came round and took all the details. He was very helpfull And he answered all our questions.Ashmore Glass And Mirrors Ltd did a great job of putting up our new patio. they also re did the walls rasing the floor And added a new ceiling. They took all the old patio and rubish away when they finished.All the employees that took part in the installation of the patio were very nice. We could not fault any of them. Had a pair of Patio doors fitted by Ashmore. After getting back home from work I checked the doors. When the doors are closed, they meet at the bottom but not at the top. Offered a spirit level to frame and it wasn’t fitted plumb. They have fitted the door to the plasterboard instead of fitting them plumb. Ashmore sent the fitter out to adjust the doors. Still don’t shut correctly as the frame not fitted correctly still. Then they sent out a manager, he said he would send the most experienced fitter( the same one who originally came) Fitter arrived and said the door pulls shut when in the locked position. So the only way to get it draught/watertight is to lock the doors? He said he would write a report. That was over three weeks ago. Not heard anything from Ashmore Windows. Very disappointed in the service. Since then we have had three windows fitted by Leamore windows. No problems at all. We wanted to support a local company, should have gone elsewhere to begin with.

My Father had a new door and some glazing alterations yesterday and we are very impressed. Phil is a credit to the company, product quality is great and the mess/damage free retrofitting is 1st class.We would recommend Ashmore Glass to anyone.
